I'm trying to translate the spoiler as you are reading this , my japanese is not that great but I can get the general meanings,

a real quick summary:

- Sanji and Chopper obviously upset over their photo/bounties(Sanji crying "all the ladies in the world will laugh at me" while Chopper complaining "I fought bravely like a man too! Why only 50...");
- Luffy wants Franky in;
- new ship debut, twice as big as GM, w/ a better fridge too!
- Marine HQ officials show concerns towards SHs(for being one of the few pirates where every crew has a bounty), explains why there's no photo for Sanji(I'm not sure about this part yet);
- Iceburg telling Luffy to take Franky onbroad by force ("take extraordinary measures")
- Franky returns to Franky House, argue w/ FF's(he doesnt want to leave his family)
- Luffy telling Franky "join my crew if you want these pants back!" (I'll leave the imaginations to you...)

Nami complains she got tricked for when the photo was taken she thought it was from some local tabloid magazines. She's glad the her picture turns out to be good, but still upset she got a bounty on her head.

- The marine did get Sanji's picture, but something got messed up when they were developing the pictures, and it turns out to be completely black, so they had to use the drawing instead.(I'm sure it will be much funnier w/ the manga pictures XD)

- Franky bragging about varies aspects of the new ship, one of them being it apparently has one(or several) giant fish tanks in its basement it almost looks like an aquarium down there. And they can catch and keep fish there and make fresh food (my speculation: there's where the future merman member will reside?

- Franky refuses to leave his family so SHs and FFs team up: Luffy ninja'd Franky's speedo and lures him to the port, then Chopper, Sanji and Zoro ambushed him and put him into this cannon of FF's as they are departing (shoot Franky onbroad human-cannon style?

- Iceburg comments: since you are aiming for the pirate king, only this ship of "King of the Beasts" befit you (explaining the Lion's head)
