A new reader is confused about the geography of the One Piece World and wants to know how the 4 Blues and the Red Line are arranged. The diagram explains it.
Names for the 3 Dressrosa citizens:
The Doctor - Tegata Ringana (Hobby: Guitar)
The Dressroba - Shin Detamaruka (Former dancer)
The Granddaughter - Shin Jaiya (Wishes to be a dancer)
There's definitely a pun in those last two names but I don't know what it is.
The Strawhats signatures:
Luffy - Me
Zoro - Sword
Usopp - To Bartolomeo, a silhouette of his face in profile, Usopp
Franky - To my bro, a star mark, Franky
Robin - Nico Robin (in hiragana), drawing of a chicken

The granny whom Gambia calls actually has no blood relation to any of the Barto Club members. Long ago, the Barto Club was just a group of young country delinquents. They later expanded to become a large gang group, but all the members share the same love and admiration for the Strawhat Pirates. Those who made it out to sea due to this love are the Club's elite members.
Granny herself was the owner of a sweets shop the Club members frequented when they were kids. She will always be in their hearts. She has lots of bits of granny advice but knows nothing about sea travel, and this knowledge will sometimes help, sometimes not help, the Barto Club on their seafaring adventures. (It usually doesn't help).
When the marines were looking for the stolen gunpowder, one of them was checking in his pants. Here's what he thought:
Oh thank God. There are still 2 of them.
SBS is over.
